By registering or using the toUrist trAck system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this system.

1. About the System

toUrist trAck is the official QR-based tourist monitoring system of the Municipality of Pandan, Antique. It is operated by the LGU Pandan Tourism Office for the purpose of recording and reporting visitor arrivals at local tourist attractions in compliance with Department of Tourism (DOT) guidelines.

2. Eligibility

This system is open to all visitors — local residents, domestic tourists, and foreign nationals — who are visiting tourist attractions within the Municipality of Pandan, Antique. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false information is prohibited.
  • Your QR code is for your personal use only. Do not share or transfer it to another person.
  • You are responsible for keeping your registered email address accessible for QR code retrieval.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent, hack, or abuse the system in any way.
  • Admin and Staff accounts must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. QR Code Usage

Upon successful registration and email verification, you will receive a unique QR code. This QR code must be presented to authorized staff at each tourist attraction for scanning. Visit records are created automatically when your QR code is scanned. The QR code does not expire but may be deactivated by LGU staff if misuse is detected.

5. Data Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your data will be used.

6. Intellectual Property

The toUrist trAck system, including its design, code, and content, is the property of the Municipality of Pandan, Antique. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of any part of this system is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This system is provided "as is" for official government tourism monitoring purposes. The LGU Pandan makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the system. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect system availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Municipality of Pandan, Antique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this system, including any loss of data or delays in QR code issuance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Registering with false, misleading, or another person's identity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to admin or staff areas of the system.
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to submit forms or interact with the system.
  • Interfering with the system's operation or security mechanisms.
  • Using the system for any purpose other than legitimate tourist identification at Pandan attractions.

Violations may result in deactivation of your QR code and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of this system shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Province of Antique.

11. Changes to These Terms

The LGU Pandan Tourism Office reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the system following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
